t99 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and t99 (hereinafter "t99", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at t99.cam. By registering an account, accessing the t99 platform, or using any service offered by t99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any applicable promotional terms, game-specific rules, and the t99 Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the t99 platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and t99 with respect to your use of the platform. t99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on t99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. t99 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will close any account found to belong to a person under 18 without notice.
• You are a human individual and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee of t99, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order voluntarily submitted to t99 or to any applicable gambling-related self-exclusion scheme.
• You have not previously had a t99 account permanently closed due to breach of these Terms.

t99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

You may register only one account on t99. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. t99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify t99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

t99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

4. Account Verification

t99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during your use of the platform, t99 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your name and current residential address, issued within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, confirming that the payment method is registered in your name.
• Proof of Age: Documentation confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request from t99 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of continued non-compliance, the closure of your account. t99 handles all submitted verification documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

t99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. t99 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your t99 account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. t99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or by network connectivity issues. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit associated with that balance wherever technically possible. t99 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements.

t99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional KYC documents. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. Any withdrawal attempt involving a third-party payment method will be declined and may result in account review.

5.3 Inactive Account Fees

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. t99 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee and will have the opportunity to reactivate their account by logging in and placing a qualifying transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

t99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in the applicable promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• t99 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, or other forms of bonus exploitation — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension of the account.
• t99 will not apply a bonus to an account without the player's consent, except where a no-deposit bonus is awarded as part of an automated promotional campaign expressly accepted by the player at the time of registration.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on t99 are subject to these Terms and to the specific game or sport rules applicable to the relevant product. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

• All bet settlement decisions made by t99 are final, subject to any successful dispute raised within the time limit specified in the applicable sport rules.
• t99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a system error or data feed fault.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended without notice during critical moments of a match (wickets, no-balls, DRS reviews, etc.).
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by t99 at any time.
• t99 does not accept bets from players who have inside knowledge of the event on which they are wagering, or who are in any way involved in organising, officiating, or participating in the event.

With respect to cricket markets in particular — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — t99 reserves the right to void markets if an event is abandoned, rescheduled, or materially altered before the result is determined, in accordance with applicable cricket event-specific rules.

8. Responsible Gaming

t99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. We recognise that while the vast majority of players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviour. t99 takes this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all t99 account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a longer-term self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed, all marketing communications will be suspended, and you will not be permitted to open a new account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events available on t99.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or in the collection of odds data.
• Colluding with other players in casino card games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in t99's platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use t99 accounts to facilitate any form of financial fraud or illegal transaction.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward t99 support staff or other members of the player community.
• Charging back a payment transaction after a deposit has been credited to your t99 account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the t99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of t99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any t99 content without prior written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the t99 platform on any other website or digital service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary software forming part of the t99 platform.
• Use any t99 brand name, logo, or trademark without the prior written consent of t99.

11. Privacy & Data

t99 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on t99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. t99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform and maintains strict data access controls to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

t99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners) solely to the extent necessary to process your financial transactions, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the t99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

t99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your t99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. t99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

13. Amendments

t99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, t99 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security issue.

Your continued use of the t99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and governed in a manner consistent with principles of fairness, transparency, and player protection applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. t99 is committed to resolving all player disputes promptly and equitably through its internal complaints process before any escalation is required.
